The Seren Natural Fertility Programme was developed by Barbara Scott who is considered to be one of Europe's leading fertility practitioners and is practiced all over the world.

This programme if followed correctly has been very successful. In a survey out of 180 clients there was a 68 per cent success rate and the average amount of treatments was 11. Like with anything there can be no guarantees.

 

If there is a medical reason for infertility then specific protocols for that condition are used alongside the weekly protocol programme.

Before the first session you will receive an online consultation form that will need to be returned before your first treatment. You would have also received information on what the programme entails.

 

At the beginning of your treatment you will be asked to remove your shoes and socks and you can either lie or sit on the treatment couch. It will be explained how reflexology works and what to expect during the treatment.

 

You will then receive one hour’s reflexology treatment that incorporates the specific techniques for infertility for that session.

 

At the end of the treatment feedback and aftercare advice will be given.

 

For females to conceive naturally it will involve weekly sessions until the cycle is regulated. This will then be followed by two sessions a month. A basal temperature reading will need to be taken every morning.

 

​For males to conceive naturally it will involve weekly sessions

for the first 8 weeks. A sperm test will then need to be carried out. After 8 weeks the sessions will be every 2 weeks. 

 

For assisted conception then special protocols are used at every stage of the procedure.
