MCLOUGHLIN SCAR TISSUE RELEASE MSTR®
WHAT IS MCLOUGHLIN SCAR TISSUE RELEASE MSTR®?

Mcloughlin Scar Tissue Release MSTR® was developed by body worker and Bowen Technique teacher Alastair Mcloughlin. It is a revolutionary technique for changing the nature and effect of scars and scar tissue on the body and mind. The technique helps to release the limitations caused by the formation of the scar tissue, often allowing the body to reabsorb significant amounts of the old scar tissue and restore the function of the tissue to more normal levels. This technique is effective on any established scar tissue no matter how old the scar is. Scars are seldom treated or addressed. If they were, it could eliminate months or years of ongoing health issues that can be difficult to resolve.
WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF MSTR®?

It is a gentle hands-on technique that works directly on the scar tissue

It improves the texture and reduces the redness of the scar

It reduces the appearance of an aged scar and the feeling of itching, burning or hypersensitivity linked to scars

It loosens restrictions and adhesion's caused by scar

It releases emotional trauma attached to the scar

It can help normalise the collagen filaments in the layers of skin which in turn can help the scar to become less visible and in some cases it is completely reabsorbed by the body

It increases the blood circulation and lymphatic flow to the area

It works on any established scar tissue no matter the age of the scar
