REIKI AND CRYSTAL HEALING
WHAT IS REIKI?
​
Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is administered by "laying on hands" or "hands off" and is based on the idea that an unseen "life force energy" flows through all of us and is what causes us to be alive. If one's "life force energy" is low, then we are more likely to get sick or feel stress and if it is high then we are more capable of being happy and healthy.

Crystals are placed on your body to align
with your chakra points, plus also where
I feel extra healing and support is needed.
Crystals are composed of minute particles
called atoms, which create energy and
produce subtle vibrations. When used in
healing and placed on the body, the
crystals help raise your vibration to bring
your energy into balance.

WHAT TO EXPECT WHEN ATTENDING A TREATMENT FOR REIKI
​
Before the first session you will receive an online consultation form that will need to be returned before your first treatment.
At the beginning of your treatment you will be asked to remove your shoes and lie on the treatment couch. It will be explained how reiki works and what to expect in the session. The treatment will then be bespoke to you.
At the end of the treatment feedback and aftercare advice will be given.
