WHAT IS REFLEXOLOGY?
Reflexology has been practised since 2500 BC. Over the years various practitioners have adapted the techniques, which has provided us with the powerful reflexology treatment that we benefit from today.
A reflex is a specific area or point on the foot or hand that corresponds to another part of the body. Applying pressure to stimulate these points will release congestion and allow the body to naturally heal itself.
Reflexology is safe for everyone and may help the symptoms of acute and chronic conditions, infertility and pregnancy, palliative care and cancer.
Hand reflexology is used either due to personal preference or if the feet have an injury or has an infection.
